As I had a support group today, thought it would be good to take my documents from hospital along in case anyone was struggling.

So this is the official document that you will get given.

Please ignore any hand writing as they will advise you what quantity you should be doing.

Isn't it strange how hospitals differ, we are on normal food by 6 weeks.

Thank you good to read. I have a dietitian meeting on Tuesday to go through pre and post op eating. though I have been doing the pre op for 5 days already lol.
