10 months weigh in

its now 10 months since my gastric bypass
and i am so pleased to say that my
weight loss up to date 130lbs
what a difference to my life.
feel fantastic. love my bike.

well done - u must be feeling so proud of yourself. I find it amazing that all of a sudden the lbs here and there all add up to a huge number. I put a chart up on my bedroom door at the weekend with the numbers 1 to 200 (cos I needed to lose 200lbs) written on it and took great satisfaction on putting red crosses through 126 of them. I just think its a great way to see how close I am to getting to my goal
