10 stone gone forever

whooo i am really pleased even if i did weight in on boots scales rather than my own, its just reinforced the knowledge that i need to replace mine.

now under 11 stone and only 10lb off the target i had set myself which gives me a BMI of 25 and all without the rest that i would lose as a result of plastic surgery on my sagging skin
