100 lbs gone forever !

I weighed in today and just reached my 100lb weight loss since my very 1st appointment at L&D ( Dec 15th 2011)

I was 189kg when i got weighed..and today i'm 143.3 k which is 45.7 kg loss -100lb.54 to be exact

So at the start i was 29st 10lb..today i'm 22 st 8lb http :shock:
