11 wks out and 5st down!!!

Well I was 11 weeks post op on sat and, as of today, have lost 5st :-D

A stone and a half on pre op diet and 3.5 in the 11wks since! Size 26 to 18. Sooo happy

I can shop in normal shops already!

I'm just behind you in that it's taken me an extra week but I've lost 5 stone too! Feels fab doesn't it? I went shopping today and fit into a size 20. Can't beleive it.
