1st day of pre op diet

i started my pre op diet today and found it relatively easy. Just have to be sensible about it and keep busy so not to think about food. ]am following a liquid diet of 1000 calories

Is it the milk diet? If not how do you make up 1000cals on liquid?

Ive had 2 slimfasts., a can of soup and 2 cup a soups. worked well. was told by consultant to keep to 1000 cals for 2 weeks
