2 and 1/2 stone gone....yay!!

Hi all,

just a little update, im now down 2st 7lbs and im feeling great.. its been about 11 weeks since my op and life has been going well, i have not put any weight on just stayed the same alot of the weekly weigh ins which is good i think as i have no restriction.

Would love to hear how the September bander's are doing not to compare as we are all different just to see if you are coping well with this crazy life change xxx

Congrats on the weight loss - that's a great amount to lose in a few months, bet you feel loads better for it. I've lots more to lose than you and like yourself have had weeks where nothing moves but then have a bigger loss the next week. As long as it goes in the right direction 95% of the time who cares its all progress towards our goals x
