2 and a half weeks to go!

Hello

I'm heather, I'm 24 and have an 8 month old son called Noah. I'm having a band with THG on 4th April with a BMI of 33. Nervous is slowly turning into terrified! I've not had an operation before and am sooo nervous, I hate anything being on my face so am really hoping they put me to sleep with an injection and not gas... Isn't it stupid what things make us worried?!
I was wondering if anyone could talk me through an exact step by step of what to expect on the day, with THG, think it's less scary if you know what to expect!

I don't think they've used gas since the dark ages so don't worry! Injection in back of hand, and the next thing is you're waking up in the recovery room and its all done
