2 Year badge

How do I get my 2 year badge...I have been 6 months post op for 18 months now?


I celebrate this in a couple of days time

Congratulations hun x.......Can i ask what problems you have had either from your bypass or side effects if any?
Hope thats not to personal a question its just i am having probs with my GallBladder at the mo xxx

Yep I had the band but not had any ill effects just a slow journey

Gallbladders seem to a common problem with bypassers, it's the fast rapid weight loss as far as I know but maybe be something to do with the new plumbing.

I am no expert, so maybe a longer term bypasser can shed some light?

Have you seen a Doc?

Thanks Caz, seen my doc hey said what you say that its the weight loss. Am just waiting now to see what happens it was my first attack but lasted almost a week thanks for your quick reply and am glad u have had a steady ride xxxxx

Hello Caz ! I think if you go to your user CP screen and select "group memberships" from the left hand side column..it comes up with groups you are eligible to join as well as groups you are in already.
I'm pretty sure that's how I found it

In your User CP...Click on Edit Options under Settings & Options and scroll down to the bottom of the page and you will find the Surgiversary Badges there along with a couple of extra Badges.

And as Neen has pointed out some of the other Badges can be found in "group memberships".

My weight loss has started again...which is a relief and I am working triply hard to keep it going. I have date for another fill on 18th November and will see what they say then.

I have been for an hours walk today and done 30 mins dancercise...tomorrow i go swimming...

Got a lovely comment from hubs last night whilst having a cuddle lying down - he said..

"Darling you have a ribcage"


its only just visible but bones are returning....

I think you're doing fantastic Caz and I am really happy that you are posting more often.
I know I have always enjoyed your posts and good sense , I am finding posting more is keeping me behaving myself!

Happy Bandaversary for the 24th and I hope your fill goes OK too.
