I'm still. Only 3 months post op and had 3 fills searching for sweet spot :(
Any tips folks for ....
ALWAYS following 20 20 20. ... My brain takes ova into old scoff habits

And the 5 o/c hunger of wanting a snack but not getting soo fill you can't then fit in dinner and them 'pick' cos it's ok I didn't have dinner!!!!!!!
 
do you physically use a timer for your counting of just count in your head?

My provider gives us an egg timer as we follow a 30 30 20 and the egg timer lasts for 30 seconds. Having something physically there to watch the time can really help.

If you need a 5 o'clock snack make it something protein, maybe chicken breast, ham, corned beef, or indeed a bit of cut up raw veg. Or at that time I often have my options hot chocolate.

Either that or try having a more filling lunch or even slightly late so it keeps the hunger at bay til dinner. Make sure your lunch etc is dry, crunchy and nog slider good to help keep you going until dinner :)

Do you have a timer on your phone theres an app you can download too
 
Someone mentioned on another thread about an app you can download called 'eat slower' (or slowly) gives you a timer on there :)
