2nd day clear liquids!!!!!!!!!!

Day 2 and I am having a really bad time!!!
Despite telling myself its all going to be worth it, its pure torture. Especially when I have been doing some reading up and hardly anyone is put on this for 7 days and if they are they allowed slimfast or protein shakes...... And to top it off, I got on the scales and haven't lost another lb since last week, just a measly 6lb!!!!
I am really worried now.

Awwwh Hun that's terrible being on clear liquids for that long! I'm on the milk diet for 10 days I'm only on day 1 and already twisting. Hope u start feeling better soon xxx
