2nd fill - now 7.5ml

Just had my second full today and I now have 7.5ml. How much does everyone else have in their band to notice a difference?

I had my 3rd fill today. I'm at 7.2ml in a 10ml band. I've not felt hungry since. I'm hoping this is the green zone!

I've felt really hungry but maybe I will notice a difference when onto the soft food stage xx

I will update again tomorrow. I've not eaten since 1 pm & not felt the need to either. I did eat more than usual this morning so that may have an effect but i usually get hungrier as the day goes on & that's not happened today so fingers crossed! I'm very hopeful that I'm getting the full effect of the band now. The next few days will reveal all!

Omg! That's over a stone and a half IN 2 WEEKS & starting from a lower bmi. I knew you were loosing well but seriously that is amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you stayed the same for a month it would still be amazing!

I know! And I'm not running yet! It's crazy !!! So I'm happy to still be in the 14s and going back to work with a positive mind set- you know what Ems I realised. I'm not scared of food anymore. I used to be scared of eating a lasange say coz the cream and cheese ... Now I can have half and in ok for the night .,, it's great. This is what I dreamed about ... Moderation ... Enjoying food rather than either being completely in the food or scared if touching it at all... But I know I CANT have chocolate. No I can't control that. So that's gotta be a no go ... At least for a year. It's my alcohol ( if I were to be an AA member ) xxx

I was at 12.5mls and had 14 fills before they emptied it. I hadn't felt a difference.

I hope this one helps you you will likely notice it on normal foods if not mash, although it was talking to someone this morning who has just felt the difference 6 weeks after her fill

i no longer know how much i have in my band. My team are no longer sure whether it was primed or not during surgery. If not i have 1ml in my band.

What does primed mean dreamer? Am I missing some thing obvious here? xx

Well some surgeons will leave a band empty while others will put a fill in during the op. They're not sure whether they've done that or not in my case x
