Just back!!!! Now been given an extra 1.5ml..thats 6mls now in my 10ml band...
Will this help do you think? I had put some weight on, but he was very nice about it all....
I didn't want nice though...just ' not hungry' will be good!

6mls for me is too tight so having some removed 2moro. hopefully this will be the one for you and downwards all the way for you.

how are yo getting on with eating more protein and did you try protein powder.
