3 weeks out tomorrow and.......

I have lost 1st 7lb i was not gonna weigh myself until my 6 week appointment but i joined a new gym today and the scales in the changing room were hard to resist. I am very pleased that i have lost weight and will be even happier once it starts showing but for some reason I was still expecting more.. I guess that's normal, gonna take this stone and a half and turn it into 3 stones over the next four weeks. yay to sleeve
