3 weeks post op

hi all 3 weeks post op and have lost 31lb having sais that only lost 3lb since coming out of hospital but 31lb since pre op i am chuffed and feel bit better today pain is coming more managable.

Fantastic Julie so far on your weight loss glad too you are feeling better. I'm with Mark i found the first 3 weeks pretty tough but at nearly 6 weeks post op i'm feeling loads better so you will too i'm sure x
