3 weeks post op

feeling a bit low. have lost 1st 6lbs in 3 weeks plus 10 day pre op diet. is that a good loss or not.

Oh yeah, it's flipping marvellous Kay. Give yourself a pat on the back and carry on being a loser.....

Just to warn you though, the stall will come once your body thinks your starving it. Be ready for it and don't let it get you down, you are officially a fat fighter now and your body is gonna lose the battle against you xxx

Yeeeeeeeeeaaaaahhh its a very big well done from me onlosing 20lbs in 3 weeks! As Julie says get ready for a possible stall as it gets harder to shift when you go into "starvation" mode but it will pass again. Big hugs for your great weight loss to date x

But I do seem to remember that about 3 weeks post-op is the 'blues' stage....loads of people have said so.....I think it's to do with the hormones.
