Hey lovelies
I have been offline for a week so it's nice to come back and see all the success stories. I'm still on liquids one week left Fed up looking at yogurt and soup bring on the mashed spuds.
I had a bad day on Thursday didn't eat or drink then drove for first time I was so silly keep forgetting I have no reserves there. Ended up hypo with severe dehydration but I learnt a hard lesson.
Dave you look fab!!! Give me food ideas now for softs I want to make a menu I need something to look forward too!!!!
