Is the 30 mins after eating from when you take your last mouthful or from when you start eating?

Do you find a small amount of wine now makes you really merry? I was told that I'd be really merry on 1/2 a glass after the op! I haven't even thought about it yet but I used to love my wine ;-)

Half a glass is enough, I only have it as a special treat.... Lol I don't go out that much ...
