can you guys please write me your daily food and fluid intake which you had at 4 months
ive lost 3 stone and im 4 months 2 weeks out and i feel thats slow I just want to know im eating the right stuff.. thanks
You have to eat more protien!
2 eggs scrambled with grated lf cheese for breakfast
babybel mid morning
Tin mackrel and salad lunch
2 ryvita and peanut butter mid afternoon
chicken breast veg sauce/gravy tea
Milky coffee suppertime plenty of fluids in between
