4 weeks post op woohoo!

Im so pleased at 4 weeks post op I have now lost a total of 36lbs! Taking me out of the BMI 60 range into the 50's

I lost about 18lbs on the pre op diet so about another 18lbs in the 4 weeks since the op.

Im so pleased. I was convinced that this wouldnt work and I would be stuck like this forever. I might actually start believing it now.

Im not really seeing it, maybe possibly in a few places but nothing that obvious. Because I was so big to start its going to take a while for it to notice I think.

Aww Jo, Im usually a moody cah too lol it is hard to get it in your head that you have lost weight when you cant really notice it yet. We will notice it in time Im sure. Hugs x

Brilliant loss so far Zoe...& as Sambucca says, a mini-goalpost in dropping to a new BMI bracket, whoohoo! I am sure given time you will start to believe in yourself & that you will actually start to see the loss for yourself...I think we are all probably the last to notice because we have spent so long avoiding looking at ourselves!
