Yep.

I enjoyed it, I did it before my bypass though. I actually felt better on the fasting days than the normal days. More in control. I lost on average two lbs a week (a pound for each fast day)
 
Don't see why not, I'm just three months out so still losing quite fast but I will do it when my weight loss slows down, with less appetite it can only be easier I should think ha.
 
I've been doing just one 600 kcals day a week, and it's certainly boosted my loss abit. I'm nearly a year out though.

I haven't noticed any real difference. Bizarrely though it seems to keep my appetite at bay.
 
My mum hasn't had wls but she's resorted to the 5:2 diet as nothing else is working for her! She says she finds it great and she doesn't feel hungry on her fast days. She has lost 7lbs in 2 weeks x x x
 
Hmmm I really think I might give this a go once I get to the right level of restriction - it's got to be easier when you feel fuller... maybe?
