I'm currently doing it and am day 2 of the liquid phase. day 2 seems to be better than day 1 in terms of hunger. The lady that devised it (Kaye Bailey) has a facebook group if you want further info
She also advises against doing it to lose weight...she advises it for getting off carbs and back onto a protein based diet...have a nosey at her site, but for weight loss its not recommended its just an added bonus
Not doing it to lose weight although that would definitely be a benefit. Obviously the stall is due to how I am eating and the carbs have creeped back in and want my restriction and protein back.
Considering doing it too following a recent weight gain and worries about the amount i'm eating. Going to give a week of better eating and more drinking to see what happens first x
