5 stone lost

OMG I have just realised I have lost 5 stone since I first started this journey approx 3 years ago!! and it will NEVER go back on!

Thanks everyone it's a great boost, I was just updating my weight when I realised so it was a nice surprise lol I had my start weight from when I had my first appointment at the hospital not my heaviest!!

But I can't quite believe I have lost 5 stone that happens to other people not me!! And I don't want to find it again either lol

I struggle to carry him a couple of steps so think how much healthier you must be !!!
