I've diligently followed the sheet my dietician gave me on what I can eat at each stage. But I've never been able to eat the example amounts that are set out.
I can now finish 1 scrambled egg for lunch, but for this stage (which started last week) it says to have a 2 egg omlette with cheese for lunch???
I had a tablespoon of macaroni cheese late last week and it made me sick.
Today I had half a carton of OJ (100ml) for brekkie (couldn't face more porridge I'll have some tomorrow though)
Then two slices of watermelon (from Boots) for lunch - completely filled me up. For dinner I had 3 tablespoons of mash with gravy - I'm too scared to try anything more solid, which also filled me up.
Is this normal? Should I try to eat more often? Or will I be wishing this stage would have lasted longer in a few weeks?
