Had my 6-week check up on Wednesday (PC has been down so haven't had chance to post till now). Hospital very pleased (as am I). Have lost 3 stone since 15 Jan 2010. My scars are healing ok - a couple of stitches slightly raised but not enough to 'cut' and they are disolvable anyway. Have to go back in 6 weeks time to see the dietician. I walked from the railway station in Chichester to the hospital (something I could not have done before the op!). Went back to Curves (the ladies only gym) today. Am on a 2 week 'refresher' course - have to be careful on some of the machines as they pull my side but overall not too bad. Wore my t-shirt with the words - "Body of a God (shame its Buddah!). Happy times!
