6 years post bypass - Uncomfortable feeling when bending forward

Hi there
I am 6 years post gastric bypass and have noticed over the last 6-12 months that I get an uncomfortable pulling / pinching sensation in my chest / neck area if I lean forward. Has anyone else had this when so far along their journey?

No I’ve not had this at all. I’m 6 years PO.
I have very little restriction too
