A good reminder

Well I'm nearly two years post op I've still two stone to loose.. And I guess I was pretty lax about my pouch! Well tonight I had a little of my mums chicken korma & I've been bringing up that foam stuff & I've been sick as a dog! What a reminder that I still need to behave & work with my pouch!

I am thank you! I'm also glad of it in a way it will make me behave more in future I was just a quick reminder I still need to work with my tool .. Which I do to get this last two stone off x
