Hiya all. Came across this site by pure accident. So happy I did. Had a sleeve mid June 22 (best decision ever) so will be good to talk to others who have gone before me and get some advice. I’ve lost 24lbs so far. Happy with that. Slow and steady! Hope you’re all doing well on your journey.
