A strange tip, but it works for me!

I've discovered that if I get food stuck a hot shower relieves it. I assume the heat loosens our bands just enough for the food to dislodge.

It could be that you are stood upright!I had a bypass but found stuck food shifted when I stood up.I dont think the heat from a shower would get through to your band.One thing it might be is you relaxing in the shower!

I'll have to try it, after my last fill (yesterday) even some soup is getting stuck! I don't want a defill as I know it will loosen up a bit soon.

i find standing up often helps too
