guys i just tried to swallow an A-Z pill and it still wont go down, i gag like hell! I have tried cutting it in half, even in 3 and still no luck! What do i do now, i dont wanna be lacking on anything! i'm 7 weeks post op, i need to start asap!

Hi Annie, you could try crushing them and then see how that goes. I had my op in august and sometimes they still get stuck! I hope this helps.

Are you using the pill first then liquid method? Ie putting pill on Tongue then having a drink? If so swap it round. Larger pills go down far better the other way, take a mouth full of drink, then slip the pill in after, push it to the back with your tongue and swallow together. Takes a bit of getting used to but works for me. I used to take methotrexate which are massive and smelly and that method was detailed on the leaflet.
