Aaahh Surgery Costs Stressing me Out

Hello everyone

I am looking to have surgery at the end of this year once I have saved enough money.

I already have a gastric band and I am hoping to get the sleeve.

I just want to ask, at some private hospitals can you put a deposit down on your surgery and pay within a certain amount of time? Or do you have to pay the whole amount all at once when you book the date?

I just want to know it's booked that's all but don't have the whole amount right now.

Hiya I didn't go private for my WLS but I think you need to talk to the surgery providers directly for this sort of information. Even if others share their experiences there's no guarantee it will be the same for you. Good luck tho. There's a few band to sleeve patients around so I'm sure they can help if you have any questions about that
