At the moment in asda, the large activia snack pots (inc fat free) are 20p all flavours, they are quite filling too and have the good bacteria stuff in bifidus Actiregularis (they just made that up i reckon!)

i got some of the actimel pro biotic drinks from tesco earlier, £4 for 2 packs, i read on one of the reports someone put on here, that weight loss is enhanced by having them, so ive got2 weeks supply now. thats breakfast sorted out lol
