I weigh myself every monday morning. I find myself looking forward to the weigh ins starting days before. By Sunday night I can't wait to see what the scale says the next morning
Since January 1st I've lost 41 lbs (18,5 kg), which is not that much, compared to what some other people I know have lost during this time, but for me personally it's a big deal! And apart from one stall (the week before getting my period for the 1st time in a loooong time due to PCOS) I've lost the weight steadily. I just can't wait to see if the weight loss keep progressing this smoothly. A part of me knows there're going to be stalls, but I just feel so good about my progress - it makes me giddy
