Advice 12 days post opp

Bit of advice please I haven't done anthing at all different tonight/today than I've been doing for the last 12 days post opp just sat here took my last meds before I go bed felt sicky and just ran and was sick which seems to be for no reason

12 days is still early in the recovery process. Somedays your body will react differently to others.

Unless the vomiting happens persistently, mark it down as 'one of those things' and carry on following the plan you have been given., xx
