Alerts/Watched threads

Hi,

I have noticed on MiniMins and here on WLSurgery that some members do not get alerts when people post replies on a thread.

Its a combination of how the alerts system works, how an alert is created and how long an alert stays. I have made some changes that hopefully people will get alerts for threads.

Also, I have done some custom coding to highlight the "Watched Threads" in the bar at the top of the page, which is the Subscribed threads that you write on. This will always show the number of threads unread and does not go away until you have 0 unread threads.
