Throw away the scales!Get weighed once a month at most,you will drive yourself crazy.Concentrate on food and drink only at the early stages and bring in exersize from 6/8 weeks.
 
you are right the demon scales but sometimes u just cant help it we all have our weakness and the scales are mine x
 
I am currently trying to ween myself off them lol
 
i think i'm going to give my scales to a neighbour and tell her to only let me borrow them back once per week lol.
