Throw away the scales!Get weighed once a month at most,you will drive yourself crazy.Concentrate on food and drink only at the early stages and bring in exersize from 6/8 weeks.
my local chemist think i have a weight obsession , as each day for last month i have been to get weighed making sure i had not put any weight on for the endoscopy appointment, thankfully i hadnt , getting weighed is so tramatic when under pressure, agree we should keep off scales .
