almost 3 months post bypass weigh in

well i have been weighed.
cant believe since i have started the process to have a bypass (at my first weigh in at the seminar) i have lost 30kg.
obviously the biggest part since bypass, i feel fantastic. thats 20kg since my bypass op in december.
