alpen bars

I do t have them for breakfast but can eat them. Have normally had as a pudding if needed, I like to chop them up and put them in yoghurt to give it texture. Dont think it would be a good breakfast thing for me as I would be hungry afterwards!
 
The Light ones are quite high in sugar (Cherry Bakewell Light 27%). Although sugar will not be an issue versus a band, it might be in terms of weight-loss. xx
