Am back home & been robbed :(

hey everyone we had a fab time away in Devon and gorgeous weather too,

Unfortuanltey we have come home to find that soem theiving scum bag has stolen my daughters bike and broken into our storage unit thingy in the garden

My girl is gutted as the bike was £199 in May for her birthday and never took it to the shops in case it got robbed.

Was only her bike what was taken, theiving feckers

That is an awful thing to do to someone else and I am really sorry... has anyone around seen anything Em?

Are you covered on your insurance policy for outer buildings?

I have CCTV installed and can see cars pulling up and anyone walking up the pathways to the front and back, plus three good guard dogs...

It's disgusting to steal like that and how terrible for your little girl...

No problems touch wood, but we had CCTV on every corner of our home since there is half an acre at the back and I like to know who is around... we don't have much crime here, but most of our neighbours have it and cars, garages alarmed... it's a great thing the CCTV since I can see delivery men and postmen ages before they reach the door!

Em... I am disgusted by this type of behaviour and please let us know if you have any news regarding this, I am so sorry for you little girl xxx

thanks everyone, i rang the police and was given a crime reference number. They said its very doubt full that the bike will be recovered. Unfortunaltey i cant afford home insurance

They also tampered with the 3 security lights in my back garden.
Am going to B&Q today to invest in the highest wattage light i can get and my dads going to put it half way up the house so no bugger can get to it,

makes me sick how people can be robbing <beeps beeps beeps> I dotn have much nor can afford much, but i try my hardest to get my kids nice things for b/days and xmas etc. Then it takes all of a few mins of a cowards actions to wreck it ...... Gosh id love to get my hands on the low life what done this,

Scumbags!! We had a spate of bike thefts in our area so I've got the bikes in my dinning room!! What an eyesore!!

But my fella or my dad is going to bolt a hook on the back wall & thru the shed, so that I can get a chain to tie the bikes together inside the shed!!!

It'll be a right palaver getting them in & out but needs must.

Its a disgrace!! Even if they get caught they'll get slap on the wrist & that's it.
