Since coming out of Hospital and starting my new path to health and fitness the path has been so weird :confused: with nothing on the solids list working for me as i recycled 90% of it for the first 4 months. I then tried Tesco's & Iceland (sorry about advert) cheap home labled Shepherds, Cumberland and Cottage pies adding various veggies and found no problem at all with them, :eat:. but as soon as My Mrs or other people cooked one of them same meals I got cramps and the vomits,
Now into month Seven I have started coping with several other foods. What I find works for me is soup at Lunch time and a solid meal for the Dinner. breakfast is hit an miss due to Shift working normally being just fluids. I know I am doing it wrong but it seems to work. Do I change routine or stick with the way it seems to be working. ?
 
hi, you're better off speaking to your team, but if your losing weight and healthy i suppose it must be working for you, but again seek proffesional advice as they will know xx
