Am I really tight, just been to Subway for the £2 breakfast, coffee and 6ins sub, I drank the coffee and had one bite of the sub and could not eat any more, so that was my dinner. £2 for breakfast and lunch, can anyone beat that.:8855:I had to pay for my By-pass. It was worth every penny

Nope, no point in wasting good food/money :)

I take a container with me when I know I may be eating out, like u say couple of bites and your full.
But....I do find I can get hungry quickly again,so I eat a little more of the food I've saved.
But I can't eat and drink and the same time.

Emma-Louise, you say you can't eat and drink at the same time-are you afraid to stretch your pouch or you are just too full?

When I start eating out again (too scared and still all very new atm) I will have my snap-lock containers in my bag, its MY food I paid for it and I will take it home for supper and lunch and dinner :D

If I ate and drank at the same time I get too full,it hurts and then I've been sick.
My restriction is still very good,I cannot eat anymore than my 5 year old.
And this is still after having the bypass over 3 years ago.
On saying this...I've been very strict not to eat and drink at the same time,so my pouch doesn't stretch.
I don't do fizzy either...or I sound like a burping trooper..lol

We are not meant to eat and drink at the same time. Having said that I have done on occasion when I was too dry or it was really hot. Otherwise no eating or drinking for at least half hour before and after to allow maximum absorption of nutrients :)

I don't think that's tight at all - it's got to be better than wasting it. I seem to spend my life coming up with ways to use up leftovers these days, I don't mind binning potatoes, pasta, rice or veg, but I hate to bin meat or fish.
Tonight I'm having leftover beef from last night with some sweet chilli, veggies and noodles. The leftover veg and noodles will be my lunch tomorrow with some prawns.

My teams advice is not to drink half an hour either side of eating and definitely no fizz which I stick to pretty rigidly!
I would've taken the left over home but 2 months out I can't even imagine a bite of a subway!! :)
