hi all not been on for a while but i got on my scales today and in total ive now lost 50kgs so ive tried and upload some photo's of me on my album before my op and upto about 3 week's ago i'll try and update them when i can.
ps i have tried to put them in order of when they were taken but i don't think they are let me know what you think thank's

hi all thanks for the reply's its only when i look at the old me and i look in the mirror and see the new me that i think wow i really have lost a lot of weight come to think of it i think ive lost about 2 stone off just my face by the look of it lol.i was 182 kgs about 28 and a half stone when i started to lose weight ive lost 50kg upto now so im about two third's the way there. if i stopped losing weight when i get to 110kg that's around 17 and a half stone id be happy at that but if i lose abit more i would'nt be upset.i have to say i feel so much better now im going to get a mountain bike soon and go with my girls to delamere forest its not far from where i live they have some mountain bike trails there i can't wait well when the weather is abit warmer im still bloody cold or is it just me.someone asked about my wounds from my op i had keyhole surg but when i came around i was told they had to make a few more holes in me to be able to carry on with the op. a normal op its around 4 or 5 i think i had 10 holes put in me but i dont mind it's all worth it in the end once again thanks everyone chat with you all soon

Andy you need to go back to your ticker and copy the code over to replace whats there, click and select all before copying then make sure everything for the ticker is deleted from the current sig before pasting it
