annoying shoulder/arm pain

i get this in my right arm/shoulder, like a real achy, lingering, sore annoying pain

Any ideas xxx

Hi ,
I suffer from frozen shoulder, feels a bit like toothache ,nagging and sore ,somtimes wake up with it during the night when hubby has taken more than his fair share of duvet & exposed my arms . Warmth usually helps. lol

Shouldnt be wind then!Sounds like wear and tear on the joints touch of arthritis.I have it in my shoulder and elbow.It is so sore sometimes I cry with the pain,get some heat on it and painkillers.Sleep with it covered in this weather too.if you cant find long sleeved pjs get a few cheap longsleeved tshirts and use them with pj bottoms.I got some from BonMarche in the sale in pink and blue,look fine with black pj leggings and my arm is a lot better.Its the arm I sleep on too,so hope when the weight has gone so will the pain!!Maz x
