Another pound off pre op!!

So I know I have be boring you all with my lack of effort towards my pre op!,

However I can happily report I have lost 5lbs, yippy let's hope my liver is playing game tomorrow !!!

Sorry it's actually 11lbs in total from my consultant visit on the 19th aug ....
