So i see alot of people use milky coffee, as a way to extra goodness from, im just reminding people of horlicks and ovaltine tooo as these are packed full of goodness and could help :) xx

They also tend to be packed with sugar and arent suitable for a good many bypassers.

ooo i take it back x

Aww Kell, you are so thoughtful... love you so much xxx

Some bypassers WILL be able to have it if they arent too sensitive to sugars.

You can get these in the light varieties too.

i can drink the light horlicks and ovaltine, not tried the ordinary ones though.

Where will I find low sugar/light ones guys? I would love to widen my drinking to involve these.

Hi Steph... I get them from ASDA.. low fat horlicks is lovely... a great drink and as a diabetic.... I find it is alright... love and hugs xxx

After reading the two below things I am still going to give them both a miss, Ovaltine has 9 something sugar in it per portion and Horlicks has 15.8...I would dump like a truck!! Damn damn damn, will have to stick to my latte.

Horlicks Light

Calories 115kcal (6%), Sugars 15.8g (18%), Fat 0.8g (1%), Saturates 0.5g (2%), Salt 0.5g (8%). (of an adult's guideline amount).

That is interesting... I must be having less sugar in everything since I regularly have a small nightcap of horlicks.... I know it's different to the post op dumping... but as a diabetic... so far it hasn't impaired my blood levels...

Interesting to debate and look into this...

Thanks a million dear friends xxx
