answers needed please

does everyone whos had bypass have 6 meals a day just i feel im constqntly eating even though they are only 3teaspoons each meal lol also how many hours inbetween meals xx

Hi ya, I am 4 weeks post op, and don't manage 6 meals a day, although I was told tablespoons not teaspoons (?), that may be why, but having to leave an hour between eating an drinking I am also finding it really difficult to get everything in. Sorry not much help, hopefully someone more experienced will be able to answer.

Yes i'm afraid thats what its like at first we are either eating or drinking, takes up most of the day and bit walking in between, and pureeing food thats your day sorted xx

I can't either nor can I get 2 ltrs of fluid in. Maybe eat 3-4 times per day but I'm having a little more than 3 tbls per meal! I get up every morning feeling positive that I will achieve the recommended daily allowance but it never happens and I'm sick of bloody yoghurts xxx

It will settle down and you will have 3 meals a day again!
