Hi All,

Am just wondering if some of you lovely bypassers can give me some ideas for new tasty recipes?

I am getting a bit stuck now

I am totally bored of Turkey Mince and have cooked it every way possible !! :sigh:

It has to be tasty not bland - am finding that bland stuff just doesnt go down at all!

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, Ta Muchly

Why not make some meatballs with chilli, corriander, onion, garlic, egg and hot chilli sauce. I make a tomato sauce to go with mine, tinned toms, teaspoon of brown sugar, splash of vinegar, worcester sauce and onion. Use my hand blender to smooth the sauce. Any type of minced meat will work. I serve mine with brown rice, mash or pasta and whatever veg i have bought. They freeze really well.
You could also get some of those oven roasting bags (asda, 10 for just over a quid) and cook a chicken breast and experiment with your favourite herbs and spices. Im finding its all about the taste, so im using herbs, spices and cupboard sauces to flavour lots of things.

Mmmmm those meatballs sound nice - may give them a try xx Thanks - think since having a few bad experiances with chicken and pork stayed with Turkey mince as seemed to be only thing that would go down
Have had homemade fish cakes and chicken cut into tiny peices and cooked in sauces for ages so tender - but am a little wary still :sigh:
But am eating more 'normal meals' ie small side plate with veg, mash, protein (of some variety) and eat protein first, veg and if any room carbs :)
