Anyone beat the bingos without surgery?

Hi guys

I have been chatting with people this morning on another thread about the dreaded loose skin/fat on arms. Often surgery is the only answer but I am interested to know if anyone has been able to robe them up or even just make them look a little better??

:rotflmao: "Robe them up" That made me giggle. :p

Well so far with my weight loss I haven't noticed loose skin any where apart from on my bingo wings. I've been swimming a couple of times a week and I really extend my arms and try and work my upper body to tighten up the skin there.
I'm going to take up Boxercise soon and I'm really hoping this will be the thing that helps with the dreaded wings. I can't imagine that the exercise will make my upper arms perfectly toned, but I'm sure they will look a lot better than if I hadn't of done it! :)
Now that I'm buying more new clothes it amazes me how many items are short sleeved/sleeveless! I find it so depressing because I'd love to wear certain things but I know that without the arms I would just feel uncomfortable the whole time.

Bloody iPhone! I can only see half of what I write for some reason!
I feel exactly the same with clothes, I can cope with it but I know it will get to summer or holidays and I will want to wear vests and boob tubes and I'm going to be super conscious of my wings!!!
Boxiercise is a great idea. They have an arm bike thing at my gym too, should do that! Xxx

My arms r a mess and unfornatley I will be having surgery in the future, but for the moment I found some life savers (not 100% perfect with everything) but they work well for me.
They r called WINGZ basically they r sleeves that u wear under a top to cover the skin up and they have loads of designs and colours. Look them up Wingz she sells them on eBay to xxxx

I have lost a lot but so far my upper arms are still fairly firm. Only thing I can put that down to is the fact I Work out at a gym with weights 4 - 5 times a week and have been targeting triceps (back arms), quads (thighs) and lots of bench presses for the chest.. mind you, my chest is still vanishing at a terrifying rate lol!!! But seriously, my gym instructor told me the only way to tackle not getting saggy in those areas was to replace the fat with muscle and then that will only work if there is not much loose skin. If the skin has been overstretched then the only option at that point is surgery.
