Me too. I've had a couple of "mini dumps" (hot flushing and feeling slightly not well) both on Slimfast *and* a few other protein shake options since surgery and like Jcoco I am also a sleever.
I have had more major dumping on "worse" culprits like 1 x glass fresh orange juice and a few other things.
I tolerate the occasional "mini" dump on a slim fast / protein shake as sometimes I just really feel like having one but am now much more careful about sugars in other food and drinks.
I think mine are mini dumps too, hot flush for about ten minutes and feeling awful for about twenty.
I also think milk makes me dump, but will try again with lactose free.
Weird mind this little pouch has!
I'll be reading the labels more with reg to sugar.
Does anyone know what sugar content we should be looking for?
