Hi

I am getting banded on Tue and set up a blog on Day 1 of pre op diet for me to look back and reflect on and also to be available mfor oanyone to read who was thinking about a band

Can I add this to my signataure ?
Is it allowed ?

I want to check as I lost all my posts and nearly got thrown out of minimins when in reply to someones question I put a website addrress in the reply
I didnt know it wasnt allowed so want to be quite sure before I add my blog address to my signature

I think there is another thread somewhere about if you put a link to minis on your blog then its allowed I will have look and see if I can find it.

I have my blog link in my signature and have done since pre-op. Not sure if you have to have over 50 posts first though to include links in your signature of any description. If in doubt, post in the technical help section.

I believe you have to have 50 posts Jim and you are nearly there so get posting lol! Also, you must make sure the link is only to your blog and not to any advertising - or other weight loss websites.
